I like praying before I go to sleep.

I pray about everything. When you pray, it’s your one on one time with God. Just let it out, all the good and all the bad. He’s always going to listen to you, but a prayer does change things. Even if you think God isn’t listening, he does. Trust him. He’s always working on something for you. Breathe and ask for forgiveness and also forgive others. Remember that every single day is a brand new day. So start fresh and clean.

I normally never utilize the “text” option on my Tumblr, but tonight I am and let me just start off by saying, love is real. It makes you want to do some crazy things, and ironically enough it’s the hardest, most complicated feeling to express in words and yet the easiest to express in actions. It’s beautiful, literally…in every aspect of word. I don’t want to mention the cliche’s when it comes to the meaning of love, so I won’t. But to all you bitter, lonely females, stop being so ugly. Give REAL love a chance, not the “love” that everyone seems to get themselves into in adolescence . Not the “love” that’s deceitful, and demeaning. And not the “love” that you seem to fall in every time a man shows you a little attention.  You want a man that respects you. Where even on your ugliest days he looks at you like you’re the most amazing person he’s ever seen. Where when your bitchiness and attitude seems to take precedence, he still has patience with you. That being said, I’m a firm believer in letting love come to you. Which is probably why so many women never experience it…because they go out seeking for it and when you do that you’re trying to mold every man you meet to fit into your definition of love. I was never the relationship type, luckily. I’ve only had one bf and that was when I was 15 (it only lasted a month). And I appreciate that. I didn’t see it then, but because of the fact that I’ve never had the opportunity to confuse love with lust by dating excessively, I now appreciate it in it’s entirety and truth. Special thanks to Trevis Cureton, the man that I consider to be a blessing because he has softened my heart and showed me that yes, real love does exist.
